This was the third running of Graveleur’s two-day social gravel weekend and the finale of the 2026 Bushranger Gravel Series. Riders covered some of the best gravel roads in Central West NSW. Day one finished at Small Batch Brewery in Mudgee and day two finished at The Globe Hotel in Rylstone.
Saturday: Four Courses North of Mudgee
Saturday had something for everyone: the Short, Medium and Long Courses, plus the Miler (roughly 160 km) for those after a big day. A total of 307 riders finished.
- Miler: Ben Rooney was first back in 4:44:05, followed by Jarrad Cartwright and Robert Jeffries.
- Long Course: Alex Malone and Dustin Wilks finished less than a second apart (2:33:37). Grant Purcell was close behind.
- Medium Course: Asher Olsen set the pace in 1:57:28.
- Short Course: Mura Ryan led the way home.
Sunday: Rylstone gravel
Plenty of riders backed up for day two, with 138 finishers across the Medium and Short Courses.
- Medium Course: Matt Dyne and Corin Hackett finished just 0.3 seconds apart, with Fabien Monceaux third.
- Short Course: Ruth Holmes was first home in 1:47:26.
Mary’s Mayhem is a social ride, not a race, so the times matter less than the experience. Well done to everyone who rode, and especially to those who did both days.
